After disappearing for five years, detective Charlie Vargas returns to Los Angeles to avenge the death of his former partner. Along with White Chocolate, a young detective with a chip on his shoulder, the two enter a world of Black Magic, Zombies and Mexican Wrestling, in search of the infamous drug trafficker and murderer, Jimmy Vanilla.

Plot

White Chocolate is a rookie police officer assigned to hunt down famous drug trafficker Jimmy Vanilla. Charlie Vargas is an officer whose partner was killed by Vanilla. Together the two team up on a wild journey to apprehend the drive trafficker that takes them through a world of black magic. Mexican Wrestling, Kung-Fu, enchanted swords and songs that turn listeners into zombies.
