Plot
Shivam Sarang (Swwapnil Joshi) is a successful businessman and most eligible bachelor in Goa. He heads a resort chain and believes in working hard & partying harder and does not believe in true love or marriage due to his parents' divorce. The only rock solid support he has in his life is a dear friend and trusted lieutenant Avnee (Prathana Behere). She is secretly in love with Shivam, but never confesses her feelings. They live in their perfect world free of any ties and commitments until one fine day, their easy lives are interrupted by the stunningly beautiful Nandini Prabhu (Sonalee Kulkarni) a reserved new employee at Shivam's resort. Shivam fall's head-over-heels in love with Nandini and decides to make a lifelong commitment to her. Nandini initially ignores his advances and that really bothers Shivam. When he proposes, Nandini refuses and he learns about her tragic past, where her life is caught in the jaws of her past. Even though later she falls for him, she cannot make a commitment to him. Meanwhile, Avnee realizes that she has lost Shivam to Nandini and makes a graceful exit from their lives. In this love triangle between a rich businessman, his dearest friend and an employee, does Shivam marry Nandini? Or does Avnee's love succeed in bringing him closer to her? is the complete narrative of the plot on its heels of this romantic film.
