Four girls take part in illegal underground fighting event "Girl's Blood" held at an abandoned school building in Roppongi every night. The girls have their own stories and quirks from their private lives. Satsuki (Yuria Haga) suffers from a gender identity disorder, Chinatsu (Asami Tada) ran away from an abusive husband, Miko (Ayame Misaki) is a S&M queen and Mayu (Rina Koike) has a Lolita face.

Plot

Girl's Blood is not your typical Japapese horror, it is more of a genuine action with all the contradictory emotional cues of contemporary Japanese culture."Girl's Blood" is an unofficial fighting league where both amateur and quite skilled female fighters battle in various ways for an adoring audience. In the movie, an above-board fighting organization threatens to expose the illegal nature of the Girl's Blood club. However, the Ando group have committed various infringements of their own and the president of Girl's Blood blackmails them into a competition. Winner becomes pro league and the loser will be exposed and disbanded.
