Plot
Detective Alexander Gordeev tries to call the bluff of suspicious lucky man Arthur Vaiman who gets incredible amount of various prizes. Suspect explains that with his natural luckiness and offers the detective an informal investigative experiment. Gordeev doesn't believe Vaiman even when lottery tickets bought right in front of his eyes are winning. Lucky guy goes further and offers Gordeev a ticket of Federal Lottery with huge jackpot. The ticket wins! Overwhelmed policeman nearly has to trust in the abnormal luck of that man, but he encounters Vaiman again in criminal circumstances. Who will have luck this time?
