Plot
The tale of Magdalena, who marries Louis, the mysterious French owner of a vineyard Their love affair and cultivation of the vine is interrupted by the surprise arrival of Ettiene, Louis' younger brother. Etienne ruthlessly takes control of the vineyard from the couple. Meanwhile, whispers of a terrifying bloodsucking monster swirl around the deaths of nearby villagers. Magdalena suspects that Etienne and the monster are somehow connected, leading her on a journey where she will discover an extraordinary truth about these brothers and the ultimate power of the vine.
