Plot
After the passing of his parents, wealthy Ganesh is looked after by his maternal uncle, Nageshwar, and his wife, Chandramukhi. They abuse him both physically and emotionally while collecting a princely monthly allowance from Advocate Kanchan. Ganesh runs away one day and is adopted by Marathi-speaking Gangu, who is married to a Punjabi-speaking truck-driver, Shamshir Mann. Nageshwar and his brother-in-law, Bala, with the assistance of a local goon, Shivdhar Pandurang Kamble, locate Ganesh and bring him back home. Alone and helpless, he seeks protection from Bhagwan Shri Ganesh, while his relatives devise a scheme to kill him.
