Hujan mysteriously loses her baby. In desperation, she meets Bayu, who offers help. Bayu took her to a shaman. The shaman reveals that Hujan's baby has been taken by a creature from another world, "Hantu Jabang Mayit", a ghost summoned through dark rituals to target babies of mothers who are not ready to give birth.

Plot

Taken from the mythological story of Kuyang; a nocturnal female spirit of Southeast Asian folklore. It manifests itself as a woman, usually young and beautiful, with her internal organs hanging down from the neck, trailing below the head. Kuyang is told as a human being who demands certain scientific teachings to achieve immortality. However, occasionally his form changes with only the head and body contents without skin.
