A meeting with a new inmate in the psychiatric hospital flips Dr. Yehia's life upside down. She prophecies that the death of his entire family is only three days away.

Plot

The events of the second part of the film begin five years after the events of the first part, where Dr. Yehia married (Lobna), summoned to the Department of Dangerous Cases (8 West) for women, and meets there who manipulates his life and the life of his family, so he take the blue elephant pills trying to control things and solve puzzles that meets him.
