Plot
Ayane Sukehira is an overweight woman who loves chocolate. She loves chocolates so much she moved to Italy, a land famous for its chocolates. There, Sukehira gets involved in an accident and she passes out. - upon waking up, she finds that her appearance has totally changed. She is now a beautiful woman. Sukehira travels back to Japan and starts a new life with a new identity. But how long can it last?
