Once a year a group of handicapped people are allowed to visit army barracks. There, they have the opportunity of feeling like and being real soldiers.

Plot

There are soldiers who want to be a commander. But these soldiers always hanging around. Commanders want to bring to hell them. But these soldiers always makes jokes and they palters. Meanwhile, one of soldiers deal with him lover.
