Five young adults are about to find themselves in a fight for their lives, pitted against evil itself! While on vacation in a foreign city, one of the five makes a seemingly innocent albeit ignorant mistake and soon all of them will realize the cost of such an inconsequential action. A stranger appears to help them, but is this too little, too late?

Plot

In search of adventure in exotic Japan's dark underbelly, a team of unsuspecting young friends decides to do something entirely different. However, what started as a promising night of pleasure, will soon turn into a pure nightmare when a savage psychopath wearing an S&M mask enters the picture, bent on breaking their will through torture. Now, the pitiless punisher is thirsty for blood. Is there an escape from his dungeon of pain?
