Plot
I always looked forward to watch this movie about GDR, but I haven't expected such a boring one.The ideas and regards to details of the gdr in this film are good (for example: the names of the main characters: Ronny and Jana are typical east German names, and the name Tim is typical west German, or the Popper Haircut, which was very famous in Germany in the eighties, there are more very funny details you recognize if you lived in the gdr) , but I always had the feeling the director knows less about dramaturgy. I was just bored by the time and hoped the movie would be end soon. And even the main character is a catchy guy, i don't think he can act. If you liked "Sonnenallee", "Goodbye Lenin" or "Live of the others" which are very good movies, don't expect too much of "kleinruppin forever".
