Rakesh (Sanjeev Kumar) is a blind man with an attractive wife Rohini (Sarika). Unknown to him, his wife is having an affair with another man Ranjeet (Marc Zuber) behind his back. When Rakesh's wife is murdered in her paramour's home, he is the only suspect. Could a blind man have pulled off a perfect murder?

Plot

Rohini is caught shop lifting where Ranjeet comes to her aid she tells him her desires of becoming an actress.Ranjeet owns a theatre and produces films and offers her work but the stage actor declines her.Roshini is noticed by star Rakesh who teaches her acting and their pair becomes famous and soon get married.Rakesh looses his eyes while trying to protect Rohin from an accident on a stage.Rakesh is now kept in nursing of Sita who is humble human being but he suspects of Roshini having an affair with Ranjeet and wants to revenge.
