Two schizophrenic patients escape from a mental asylum supposing they were mistakenly quarantined. When they arrive at a country village, the villagers assume one is a sheriff and the other is a local magistrate.

Plot

Two patients of a mental clinic run away and they reach a distant snow isolated town which is expecting its judge and major. The people of the town sick of the overpricing and cheating salesmen and bandits embrace the insane but clever runaways as their judge and major.
