Mateo loses his shadow when making a documentary in an indigenous community. He enters a magical and unknown world, losing the conviction to continue living in the city.

Plot

A young photographer is in a estrange land in the south of Mexico, making a documentary project for German people. This photographer will face with mysterious rituals and dances by the local people, in fact, Indians whom don't like very much foreigners. He falls in love of an Indian girl, and gets fascinated of his beauty in pictures. However, the photographer will suffer an evil spell made by an old witch, which causes that he loses his shadow and, subsequently, his own spirit.
