Plot

Totally run out of options and in desperate need of cash, Kostas, a down-and-out young man, decides to pay a visit to his old well-off hotelier friend, Klearchos, to try his luck. However, instead of a desirable no-interest loan among true friends, Kostas will receive the unforeseen and preposterous proposal to impersonate the exotic young Arab Prince, Masud Al-Rashid, to save the hotel's good reputation. Little by little, as the hopeless love-smitten youth has no other choice but to go along, the fascinating news of the handsome and illustrious monarch will inevitably give the poor impostor a taste of the good life. But, what does Mary--Kostas' charming and, strangely, still composed bride-to-be--has to say about this scandalous farce?
