Lau Ching, a Mainlander with an incredibly powerful right arm, arrives in Hong Kong to find his cousin. He befriends with a drifter named Handsome, and a martial artist girl named Mandy. In order to woo her, Ching participates in a fighting competition in hopes of winning a $10 million prize, and must defeat his love rival, Wai, in the ring.

Plot

Chinese Mainlander Lau Ching (Stephen Chow) comes to Hong Kong to find his cousin. There, he meets street smart wise-guy Smartie (Kenny Bee), who tries to help Ching get into a martial arts school in order to enter a fighting competition. Ching eventually becomes a student under the wing of martial artist master Fok Wan (Corey Yuen) and also grows attached to his daughter, Mandy Fok (Sharla Cheung). This results in the jealousy of her supposed boyfriend, Cheng Wai (Yeung-Ming Wan).
