Plot
Forty-eight million pesetas vanish from a bingo parlor. The thieves ignore that this amount had been set aside to pay two mercenaries to commit a crime organized by the police. When things start to get too hot, Azucena, the girlfriend of one of the thieves, decides to seize the money for herself. On the run she stumbles upon Verónica, the manager of a nursing home that wants a cut in exchange of helping her to evade the criminals and the cops. Mayhem and violence erupt when things come to a head in this fast-paced thriller set against the backdrop of the blood-soaked Basque country of the 90s.
