After being misled by the police about a rape and murder near a popular Washington, D.C. Go-Go club, a jaded journalist begins digging into the establishment's racist framework.

Plot

Good to Go (later titled as Short Fuse) centers around a beat journalist who discovers that a corrupt detective has falsified many of his police reports, including a false report against the journalist. To clear his name, he works with members of the go-go community to expose the police corruption of the detective.
