An insane surgeon finds himself up to his armpits in eyeballs after guilt prompts him to begin removing the eyes of abducted people in hopes of performing transplants on his daughter who lost her own in a car-accident he caused.

Plot

Burdened with insufferable guilt, renowned Los Angeles ophthalmologist Dr Leonard Chaney becomes obsessed with restoring the eyesight of his only daughter Nancy after surviving a nearly fatal car crash. But with time running out, Dr Chaney has no other choice but to resort to a radical, groundbreaking approach to see results. Now, all that Chaney needs is a willing and compatible donor. However, second chances are hard to come by, and Dr Leonard's dark basement is a painful reminder of his unethical, brutal human experimentation. What horrible secrets lie behind the closed doors of the Mansion of the Doomed?
