Plot

I saw this movie some time ago and enjoy it so much that I can't forget it. It is based on the life of a very famous vedette nickname "Coquito" that was very famous in Spain and France around the end of the 1800s. She was a "cupletera". Cuples are songs that are funny, sexy and usually with double sense. (something like vaudeville). It has great popular music and very funny situations. The actress, Iliana Ross, is very beautiful, flirtatious and is a good dancer. The costumes, costumes and set decorations of the era are well executed and a joy to see. I recommend it to people that enjoy musicals. The movie has very good actors and actresses, specially the one acting as her mother and the very handsome Fernando Allende.
