Cliff works as a narcotics investigator for the police and infiltrate a mafia gang. Soon it turns out that Cliff has bigger plans than just to bust bad guys.

Plot

The unscrupulous Inspector Cliff infiltrates a drugs ring which also blackmails wealthy men, falling in love with one of its operatives Joanne (Stephanie Beacham). He becomes involved in warfare with rival gangs including the one run by Momma the Turk (Patricia Hayes).
