Plot
People are found murdered at an isolated mental hospital and a hooded figure is seen stalking the halls. The dean of the hospital cannot afford a police investigation due to his shady past n his ongoing experiments. While the dean is busy experimenting skin grafting on animals, his wife gets concerned when a beautiful guest arrives and her arrival threatens to jeopardize everything.
