Wealthy Kip Artmitage III (Robert Rockwell) honors his late wartime friend's request to look after the friend's "little sister."

Plot

Kip Armitage III, a young college professor, travels south to Mexico, to follow through on his pledge to a dying WWII army buddy, to adopt his young daughter, Rosita. But when he gets south of the border, he discovers that Rosita is more than grown-up and a beautiful young lady. The the trouble starts when Deborah, his fiancée, and several members of the school's board-of-trustees show up.
