Bob plays football badly so his father Coach Dudley, his girlfriend Dorothy and his school reject him. He joins a rival college team and aims to defeat his dad's team.

Plot

The son, Bob Dudley (Richard Cromwell) , of a famous football coach, Coach Jack Dudley (Jack Holt), do not see eye-to-eye and the son chooses to play football at a rival college. Bob is injured while scoring the winning touchdown against his father's team...and they are reconciled.
